Hey, athlete! We’re stoked you want to run/walk/run-walk with us!
In order to participate, please do your legal due diligence. Read the stuff below, fill out the form, and we can get moving.
Runners, walkers, and rollers (wheelchairs) welcome.
THIS IS A FREE EVENT!
THE DETAILS
This is an unsanctioned race. We don’t have timers, bibs, or anything fancy. If you want to time yourself, we’re big fans of Nike Run Club and Strava, or any athletic tracking app you like.
We will have a DJ at the finish line, because this is a party.
The race will begin in the green area in our shopping center (between Taco Joint and Missfits).
7:00am | Vector Brewing opens for breakfast
7:45am | 4K Warmup sponsored by the Gym LH, stretch sponsored by YAM
8:00am | 4K starts
8:05am | 1/2 Mile Fun Run Warmup sponsored by Missfits
8:15am | 1/2 Mile Fun Run starts
Finish line will be at Vector Brewing. Come have breakfast, and then shop the market!
9:00am | Market opens behind Vector Brewing and Hausfest begins.

Read this Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability carefully and in its entirety. It is a binding legal document.
If you are under the age of 18, the below form must be signed by you as the participant AND by your parent or legal guardian.
Legal Stuff
I know that participating in the Hausfest 4K or Fun Run is a potentially hazardous activity and I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with this event including, but not limited to
traffic on the course route,
falls,
contact with other participants,
animals
falling trees
and the condition of the course, including, but not limited to, curbs, cars, uneven pavement, potholes, rocks, and objects on the course surface.
Knowing and appreciating these risks and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, representatives or anyone else claiming on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge Vector Brewing, its volunteers, and sponsors, and anyone else acting for or on behalf the Hausfest 4K or Fun Run from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury, or damage of any kind arising out of my participation in this run.
This Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability extends to all claims of every kind whatsoever. I also consent to emergency treatment in the event of injury or illness. I grant full permission to Vector Brewing and/or any person or entity authorized by it to use my name, age, date of birth, finish place and finish time in the public domain. I further grant full permission for Vector Brewing to use any photographs, recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. My digital signature acknowledges that I have read the above waiver and I agree and accept all terms and conditions set forth herein.
