Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun!
Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on, social cooking class you’ll practice all the skills needed to make sushi rolls at home. You'll start by learning how to prepare and season sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty vegetables and other ingredients to enhance the deliciousness of your sushi. During class you will make 3 traditional rolls: New York style roll (cue the cream cheese), Avocado cucumber roll, and a California roll. Pair your sushi with a wine or beer on tap from the brewery, and you've got yourself the perfect evening!
No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking group. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. 21+ please.
